Service and maintenance most definitely extend the life of your equipment and prevent corrosion and rust. That said, frequency is contingent upon your usage. We would recommend a deep cleaning every 9 to 12 months, along with basic maintenance every 3 to 6 months.

Cleaning costs vary depending on your equipment whether you require a deep cleaning, basic cleaning or service. We recommend you contact us at your convenience for a quote specific tailored to your needs. 

The short answer is, yes. After each use, brush the top your grates. Every 3rd or 4th use, turn the grates over and brush the back side. We do still recommend that you schedule a periodic cleaning with us to maintain the integrity of your burners, flavor bars, and overall equipment.  

This depends on the service you require and the size of your BBQ/Grill. We estimate the cleaning process would range anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours. Please note that this estimation does not include parts and repair.
